About the brand: WUAMAN generates sustainable development in Andean communities through fair trade. Based both in Denver, Colorado and Peru, it holds free embroidery & crochet training workshops where members of the community, mostly single mothers, can learn marketable skills. The alpaca fiber comes from 3 small farming communities located in the Southern Andes of Peru.
