This handmade Binga basket is a traditional grain winnowing basket from the BaTonga people of Zimbabwe. It is shallow and round with a square bottom, with a cream and espresso brown pattern. It has a sturdy chocolate brown rim, is lightweight, and is tightly woven. It is approximately 12" in diameter by 1.5" deep, and displays well on a wall or in a plate stand.
